What if my customer doesn't want to order on WhatsApp?

Every order is also saved in your dashboard's Orders tab regardless — WhatsApp is just the fastest way to see and respond to it. You'll never lose an order even if you miss the WhatsApp message.

Is this good for a very small or home-based business?
